Based upon the findings of an unannounced on site Medicare recertification and state relicensure survey conducted between 10/6/2021-10/8/2021, Aseracare Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
